As part of the identity verification process, cv445 may ask you to submit a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport) and proof of address. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered from the bonus before winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses must be used within a set time limit after being activated on the account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.3 VIP Program

cv445's VIP program has five tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits. Each tier from Bronze through to Diamond offers progressively greater benefits.
